Ever wonder "just what in the heck" to do with that glorious superfood, kale?
Well, busy people, here you go:
Braised Kale
2 large onions (your choice of type)
2 bunches of kale
4 T grass-fed, butter
shredded Myzithra cheese
Himalayan salt
Put butter and onions in pan.
Caramalize onions on med heat.
Crudely chop the kale, all the way down the stem, saving the hard, bottom end for your stock bag in the freezer.
Add kale. Wilt kale.
Put all on plate, in bowl or heck, keep it in the pan to save on dishes.
Top with Myzithra cheese. It won't melt, as it is an incredibly dry, greek cheese.
Add salt to taste.
Serve and eat!
